Penguin Paradise Holiday Lodge, Waikawa Come relax in our lovely small quiet lodge located 5 minutes from Curio Bay (sleeps 8 maximum). Come explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the Catlins. Cathedral Caves, waterfalls, dolphins, sea lions, penguins, fossil forest, and endless isolated beaches.We offer comfortable accommodation with modern facilities, also lovely open fireplace with wood supplied to keep you warm. Lots of information from the ex wildlife ranger owners, small museum and food nearby. Doubles, twins and share beds. All beds are fully made up. Shared facilities. All Curio Bay rental holiday houses are fully self contained including blankets, linen and towels. They are on separate beachfront locations. All rentals have their own private beach access. Hectors House Newly completed 2 level 3 bedroom holiday house with the best views on the bay. Large balcony, heat pump/air con units for heating/cooling. Very nice bathroom with full length bath.1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with a double bed with a single bunk overhead. Games room with pool table and other games downstairs
Annies Seaside Cottage- our favorite! Lovely 2 bedroom cottage with beautiful landscaped gardens and unobstucted ocean views from your couch, nice lay out kitchen/dining area. Fire place with wood supplied, digital TV and DVD. Two new Queen sized beds. Very private front yard. New toilet/bathroom which has a built in shower over a full length bath.
Curio Bay Seaside Accommodation Near new 2 room beachfront unit looking directly onto the ocean. Attached to the end of the owners house with a separating wall to give you total privacy. Lie in your new queen size bed and enjoy the views over the bay. Queen sized bed with a king single, sleeps 3 people max. Private front area with outdoor seating, separate room kitchenette with all utensils provided including fridge, microwave and hot plates for cooking. Very nice separate bathroom and shower. There is a BBQ area for use.
